How many guests can Love's Hope events accommodate?
Love's Hope Events can accommodate up to 150 people.
Is there a minimum guest count for events?
There is no minimum number of guests required to book an event. Please refer to the pricing page.
Do I need an event coordinator to book an event?
An event coordinator is highly recommended. This makes planning stress free and organized.
What is required to reserve my event date?
To reserve your event date at Love's Hope Events we require a signed contract and a 25% deposit.
Does Love's Hope Events offer financing?
Love's Hope Events works with several loan partners to finance your event which enables you to have peace of mind and relieve some of the stresses of preparing for your event.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, we work with clients to establish a payment schedule that is manageable. Our goal is to make planning your special day as stress free as possible.
Can we have both ceremony and reception at Love's Hope events?
More than that, we have a beautiful bridal cottage to prepare for the wedding! The bride and her bridesmaids can prepare, celebrate, and have their photo shoot. The happy couple can choose where they want to have the ceremony, and the reception can follow after that. A tour of the venue will be very helpful to decide on the location and decor.
Can we have a tour of the venue?
Absolutely! Just give us a call for an appointment.
Do you offer parking for guests?
Yes, we offer valet parking for a sophisticated and stress free parking experience. .
Does Love's Hope Events have decor restrictions?
To maintain the safety of the guests and the venue, open flames are not allowed. We ask that nothing will be affixed to the walls or permanent structures without prior approval. Our team and your event coordinator can go through the decor details that will be a part of the contractual agreement.
Do you provide in house catering?
Yes! Armani's Mediterranean Cafe provides the catering for Loves Hope events. Food tasting is offered to allow you to experience our delectable mediterranean cuisine.
Can we bring our own catering?
Yes, outside licensed caterers are allowed upon approval. There is a fee of $500.00 for outside catering. Proper preparation is required for the protection of the grounds where the catering will be handled.
Can we bring our own alcohol?
Yes! You may bring your own alcohol and have a licensed and insured bartender to serve the beverages at your own expense.
Do we offer Event Insurance?
Yes! Please ask for the link and we can help you get it setup.
